Tarot Lover is a unique deck of Tarot Cards made espeically for magical purposes.
 
There are several effects built into Tarot Lover.
 
1. Tarot Reading - This is the most obvious use for a deck of Tarot Cards, You can have the cards face down at the future, one card presented as the past, another as the present and another as the future, you'll be able to tell their future before they even turn the cards over.
 
2.  Tarot Lover -  When the audience member picks 'The Lover' card, talk about how the cards are able to predict their future, and that it was written in the cards that they would pick this before they even opened the box.  Take the box and turn it upside down and the word TAROT now reads as LOVER
 
3. 1089 Reveal - Using a member of the audience get them to pick two three digit numbers at random, with some simple maths tyou end at the number 1089.  Talk about how strange it is that they should pick this number, as this was the year that the Tarot cards were first made, you can prove it by showing them 'The Pope' card which has the digits 1089 on top.
 
4. Card Under Box - An audience member picks a random card from the deck.  This card is shuffled back into the deck, but somehow vanishes.  Where could it be... Under the box?  Using your skills you have managed to get the card from the deck, to underneath the box with just a click of your fingers.
 
5. Change Death to Life - Ask the audience member to cut the cards somewhere around the middle. Explain that each card has a different meaning, but the card people fear the most is the death card, so you hope they have not cut to that.  Turning the cards over you find, to your ohrror that they have, but not to worry.  Get them to hold the card between their hands and explain people concentrate and worry too much about death, when what they should be thinkning about is life.  When they open their hands the card has changed from skeleton to a beautful flower in full bloom, and now reads Life rather than Death.
 
6. Change the colours of the universe - The universe card is in black and white in the deck, and is not the most exciting card, however with a wave of your hand, it fills up with beautiful colours.
 
7. Chicago Opener - Ask a member of the audience to pick a card, they are able to pick any, and then the back of the card changes to be the only pink backed card in a purple deck.  Remove this card, and then say you want to do it again.  Upon repeating the trick noone of the cards change colour, but the card removed from the decks face has changed into their newly chosen card.
 
8. Statue Of Liberty Reveal -  This takes a little more set up, prior to bringing into the set the tarot cards I force the TV show FRIENDS.  Once we have had some fun with the Tarot cards I ask them to remember their TV show, and think of the city it was based in... FInally turning over the Tarot Card to Reveal The Statue Of Liberty, and therefore New York.
 
There are many more things you can do with these cards, but above are just a few ideas.
